Creating Pronouns

I'm not convinced this is the right forum for this, but it certainly doesn't seem to fit anywhere else! So, this year - unless I change my mind - I'm going to be writing an original fiction take on the Alpha/Beta/Omega trope, with some twists (because apparently I like to make things, um, interesting for myself). One such twist is that instead of male/female/both/neither/etc. within each "caste" (for lack of a better word), the genders are alpha/beta/omega. I feel like it would be a copout to use he/she/it/they (though I may use e/er/eir/etc. for betas, I haven't decided), but at the same time I can't really think of anything to replace them with. I'm open to any and all ideas, so... What would the pronouns be?
